We love our new Ranger and Trax. Love the colors also. Had them out twice now and can't believe how much we enjoy them. The batteries still have well over 80% charge after close to 20 miles. Very comfortable ride with the full suspensions. Couldn't have chosen two better bikes for our needs. Plan to put plenty fo miles on them.

I am a 63 yr old female who does a lot of outdoor activities. This bike is perfect for me, I can pretty much take it anywhere. I had hand surgery and have a missing thumb joint and I was actually able to shift the controls/with hand brace and the twist throttle was a bonus. I get so many compliments on the color and style. I have 150 mi on it in just a few short weeks. Rep in Utah was great on phone answering all my questions before ordering.

We purchased two Trax. Orange 26” and White 24” Assembly was easy. One headlight/Horn did not operate. Contacted support and after following testing instructions light/horn operation was great. All contact with support was on line. Worked great. We both enjoy the bicycles at 70 yo these e-bikes have me out and enjoying the trails.

I received my Trax 4 months ago and I have 2380k on it already. I absolutely love the full suspension, it gives such a nice smooth ride. So far I have no complaints, I’m very pleased!
I like the bike. There are some siple improvement that would make the bike much better.
#1 The bike is advertised as a bike can handle a rider up to 6'6". This is not correct. The seat post is to short. I had to perches a taller one.
#2 the controller and the hand throttle could use a different program. When you pedal the throttle is inoperable. It would be nice if the throttle worked all the time at full power.
#3 Some way to make the handlebars higher
#4 when making turns the bike over steers. This could be a safety issue and should be corrected ASAP!
This is my third cyrusher bike. I have had three Himiways.
All of these bikes have had good points and bad. All of the bad points could be resolved with very little effort or cost.
My cyrusher Trek is a good bike at the price point.
