I’ve had my Async for a few days, I was waiting to write my review. I couldn’t find any problems as of yet. I had a question about my charger and Async customer service was there to help. That alone counts for for my 5 star review. Great job Async! I will soon be investing on the L3 for my wife. After many weeks of research and One attempted failure with TOTGUARD!!! Horrible experience, I lost 400.00 on that transaction. I still have the bike with a faulty battery. I was hesitant to order from Async till I reached out to customer service. I knew then, Async was there to help. Thank you again…❤️ My L5…

I had been wanting an e-bike for a while and finally decided to dive into some research. I started exploring online and talking to fellow riders on trails and bike paths. Everything pointed me to one bike: the ASYNC L3. To put it simply, you won’t find a better bike with all these features for under $1500. The L3 includes many components found in higher-end e-bikes but at a fraction of the cost. The suspension of L3 is amazing I had a very comfortable mountain riding experience! I absolutely love it and would buy the same bike again without hesitation. Live to ride, ride to live.

I hadn't heard of async before and was initially a bit worried. The price was comparable to an e-bike I was considering from aventon. However, after receiving the L3, I feel it was absolutely worth it. The bike looks cool, has great battery capacity, and I really like the async design. The hydraulic disc brakes are very comfortable as well. The only issue I have noticed is that there are some visible welds on the frame, but they don't affect the overall look or performance. I suppose it's a normal sign of welding. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase

I waited a long time to receive the L3... the bike is very beautiful, I tried to ride a few laps in the park next to my home, the motor is very stable and strong, customer service is also very perfect(patienly answer my questions) I hope that in the future, async can improve the logistics problem!

I originally bought the Ti, but decided to upgrade to the L5 special edition. It's a very, very good-looking e-bike with excellent design and quality. The texture and build feel top-notch. I think there is no competitor to Async under $2000. After assembling it and taking it for a test ride, I could only reach 20 mph. Thanks to the patience of customer service, I was able to debug it and get the speed back to the normal level. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

This is my 2nd ebike and I'm loving it! Amazing ride, responsive, fun leaning over around corners, technology is great, beautiful looking bike (SE version).

I love my L5. It was an easy assembly and is a joy to ride. Great speed and also very comfortable!

I've been interested in e-bikes for a long time, and I had never heard of the ASYNC brand before. I discovered the L3 through a YouTube video review. The look of the L3 caught my eye, and I decided to give this brand a try. I had to wait a while for the pre-order, but once it arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful packaging and the beautiful design of the bike. For the price, it's an amazing deal. After assembling it, I took it for a ride and was blown away by the motor's strength. The pedals provide stable and abundant power. I still need more time to assess the battery life, but so far, this is an excellent e-bike!

This is my first e-bike, and after doing extensive research on e-bikes under $2k, I decided to treat myself to an ASYNC L5 for my birthday. It has been an absolute blast! I love the torque sensor and the different levels of pedal assist. The throttle is great for getting started from a stop or tackling hills. The step-through model makes it so much easier to get on and off the bike.
I assembled it myself and immediately went on a 10-mile ride, which only used about 20% of the battery even in a very hilly area. I was grinning the whole time. I did have to adjust the front brakes to prevent them from rubbing, but everything else worked perfectly out of the box. If you're undecided like I was, just go for it! It arrived with a 70% charge, so I was able to ride it right away.

I've been finding excuses to take this bike out all week. This was my first e-bike purchase, and it's a huge step up in power from a folding e-scooter, and a thrill to ride. Well worth the wait.

This bike is a rock-solid tank! A true 'manly man' kind of e-bike! It’s my second e-bike and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s faster, more stable, and sturdier than my previous one. The torque sensor is a game-changer! As a disabled veteran, my legs don’t work as well as I’d like them to. I could go to level 3 for short bursts before the pedals were too fast. The torque sensor on the ASYNC L5 makes for such an enjoyable ride—it's night and day compared to my old bike! Job well done, ASYNC!

Just took my ASYNC L3 on a camping trip, and it was fantastic. The bike's performance on rough terrain is impressive! Hopefully my parts will arrive soon because it's really hard to ride outdoors without fenders...

First wknd having my L3 e-bike and I’m loving it! This is our 2nd e-bike from Async, we love their more edgy design esthetic approach. Very comfortable to ride, and the peddle to power response is fantastic. Customer service is excellent! Looking forward to many riding adventures!

I bought two L3‘s one for the wife and I so far we are loving them. With a large fat tires it feels like you’re driving a tank, but not in a bad way. The torque. It’s awesome when it kicks in. We are so far loving these bikes.

I will start with the fact that this bike is comfortable and has quality components and great rideability. The bike is very capable of providing a enjoyable all day ride conquering Colorado's foot hills and switchbacked trails. Not to mention it also is aesthetically easy on the eye. The L5 is still a very rideable bike with no power and with power it's just flat out fun.. as with any product there is room for improvement and I would love to see this bike come with a suspension seat post. I live the in the integrated tail lights and think they should also be capable of being turn signals.I highly suggest a skid plate for crank/ battery compartment cover. The app is easy to use and would like to see more setting options for bike control like speed settings

Now I will go on to mention the customer care is far superior to any other e bike manufacturer/retailer I've worked with (3 various companies) I have had the same representative or contact person from the time I placed my order, all the way thru shipping, delivery, and even after delivery with support and inquiries about product, thank you Sam. I must say they really have the end user as the goal for satisfaction not to mention creating a bike that is any eye catcher and fun to ride.

Great looks, great performance

I love the L5 it's got amazing range and a motor that handles Colorado foothills with ease. Integrated tail lights are awesome but wish they had the ability to be turn signals as well.. torque sensor is awesome when it comes to power delivery and much nicer then a cadence sensor for rideability. The battery is massive and has the ability to give the rider an all day bike ride without worry of needing to charge in middle of the ride. The biggest suggestion and improvement I could see making this bike end user friendly and more bullet proof is; 1: A crank/battery compartment skid plate to prevent damage loading or unloading without ramps into truck or impacts from debris kicked from front tire whether it was trail or road.
2: A suspension seat post for obvious reasons.
3: Turn signal switch for more urban commutes.
4: A kick stand that doesn't buckle under summer heat.

Besides the fact that bike is easy on the eyes and fun to ride is the fact that I've had the same contact from the beginning of my purchase thru shipping to delivery and after sales support. To me that is a great asset to the lengths in which this company values the customer and develops a relationship. It is really an alllllllllll8that sets ASYNC apart from the other E bike manufacturer's/retailer's.. thank you goes out to Sam and the rest of the people at ASYNC

I have previously purchased an A1 and I have high expectations for this up and coming brand as their products can only be described as exquisite or works of art! The L5 stands out from the competition with its superior features and build quality. The motor is powerful, providing excellent acceleration and speed. The Samsung battery ensures long-lasting performance, and the bike is very comfortable to ride. The IoT connectivity and smart features make it a truly modern e-bike. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others.
