When will my gift pack arrive?
Your e-bike ships from our U.S. warehouse as usual. The gift pack ships separately and typically arrives about 15 days after your order. Shipping and duties are fully covered — you won't pay anything extra — and you'll get a separate tracking number.
Is the gift pack guaranteed?
Gift packs are first come, first served, while supplies last. If they run out, we'll remove the offer from this page.
How do I enter the Anniversary Draw?
Automatically. Every e-bike ordered during the campaign earns one entry per bike. Winners are drawn on or around September 10, 2026, contacted by email, phone, or text, and announced on our social channels, blog, and community.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. One code per order, and codes can't be combined. Using a code doesn't affect your gift pack or your draw entry.
I've bought from Cyrusher before — where's my anniversary offer?
If you ordered before July 1, 2026, we're sending your offer to the email on that order. Check that inbox — search "Cyrusher" or look in spam. The offer only works with your order email and can't be passed on. It expires August 15, 2026. Still can't find it? Contact support with your order number.
What's your shipping, returns, and warranty policy?
Every e-bike ships free from our U.S. warehouse with priority shipping. You get a 30-day return window and a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and controller (1 year on the battery, brakes, front fork, and rear shock). Wear items like tires, chains, and brake pads aren't covered.
