After very careful studying on ebikes i decided to buy a cyrusher Ranger even though it was more i could see and by reading reviews i could see why it was more... when revieved was very impressed with the packaging of the bike...i dont think it could of been packed better, and in putting it together, which was very easy, you can see the quality and the strength of this bike, the beautiful painting and build of the bike, the only negative, to me, is the handlebars are unadjustable up and down i had to purchase additional part due to i had to lean too much forward for me, even after lowering the seat as much as possible i had to cut the seat tube to get it low enough, i believe cyrusher should have parts on hand for this problem...but i am impressed with the bike overall and michelle in thier customer support has been helping me throughout my purchase answering all my questions and keeping things moving through my purchase, so a shout out to her, i recieved a special air pump that didnt function and she has another one on the way...

Man, Cyrusher is one hell of an outfit in my opinion. I received my kommoda about 2 weeks ago. This thing is amazing. Bike arrived in perfect condition - no scratches, all bolts properly torqued, everything working as it should. Cyrusher did a great job with recent video tutorials on everything I needed to get it set up and I much prefer that over a manual. Great power, agility, and balance. I really love this bike.

So far, I couldn't be happier. I'll modify it a bit to make it mine, but right out of the box it is damn near perfect. Great communication throughout the purchase. You guys rock!

Just picked up this bike its Awesome! The upgraded headlight is super strong. Suspension is top notch as well as its component's.

Trident is an awesome bike. I have been doing some aggressive riding jumping boulders and rocks which would break most bikes. The quality of the frame and suspension have held up to the aggressive riding. The bike has incredible power. The battery is still 1/2 full after a couple hours of riding. The battery is positioned perfectly on the bike which gives the bike a planted ride. The bike looks much better in person than on the website. I really like the Black color. I am very happy with my purchase and if you are considering purchasing a cyrusher, I highly recommend Trident.

A future ebike purchase has been on my mind since mountain biking in Bentonville last year at the Bike Fest. It was apparent that riding up elevation was kicking my butt. I have a friend that purchased the Trident brand new and wanted to downsize his inventory of bikes. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I rode it once, and I was sold on the brand. It is guaranteed to plant a smile on your face on every ride.
Pros:
Fit and Finish a top-notch with excellent components.
Accelerating up a gradient is like a rocket remaining stable
Motors over the sand with confidence

Cons
I need to shorten the handlebars. The local trails are tricky to manage and do not hit the bars in those areas where the path is narrow.
It's a heavy bike, so there is a learning curve on the dynamics and handling.

The Quest is a great bike that I've used for over a month now. I ride nearly everyday and it does almost everything I want.

I ordered this bike a month ago after riding a friends kommoda 2.0 and loving the ride. I’ve had my for a few weeks now and totally love this bike, can’t wait to hit the trails up in Northern Michigan once the weather breaks.

This bike has made my daily commute so much easier and enjoyable. It's powerful, reliable, and has a great range.

I give the Rumble 5 stars for the fun factor. You definitely have to go over the entire bike before you ride it. For the money it’s well worth it.

This bike is a solid performer, but there are a few areas where it could be improved. The brakes could be more responsive, and the display could be easier to read in bright sunlight.

Cyrusher is great, they answered all my questions and make a very high quality product. I am still learning the bike's full potential because I don't have a lot of mountain biking experience and the learning curve is higher than the lower budget fat tire kommoda ebike I got for my wife. The suspension travel is sweet!
