So far the Sprint has been a disappointment. My base of comparison is my Cyrusher Rover purchased last year which also had problems. The Sprint has issues with maximum seat height not high enough to get full leg extension for a 5ft 7in person which is not comfortable. Then the height of the handlebars will not be high enough once I install an aftermarket extended seat post. Had similar problem with my Rover that once I installed an adjustable stem, the hydraulic cables had to be replaced to get the handlebars high enough. Replacing hydraulic cables involves draining, refilling and bleeding the brake system which can be done with aftermarket cable and bleed kits. Most likely the same with the Sprint. Another issue is customer service and online info to adjust the settings to increase preset speed. Info in manual does not match what is installesd on bike. Trying now to get Support from Cyrusher but their track record is also dissappointing as they are slow to respond and not very helpful.
So this Sprint has now become my Wifes second Ebike as I plan to overhaul her current Rad Step Thru as I attempt to get help on the Sprint.
Received my new bike a few days ago.
FedEx was not kind to the bike and ended up with a bolt without coating. Cyrusher remedied that quick, building trust with me in their company. They stand behind their product.
Assembly was not difficult, just take your time. You will need a pair of extra hands to get the frontwheel in.
Since then I have taken it out for several quick spins. Love this bike! Comfortable, solid build, excellent braking, pedal assist works great, and if you don’t feel like pedaling the cruise control is the bomb!
Great choice of tires too Cyrusher. Many of these type bikes come with off-road tires which do not work well on-road.
The saddle is worth mentioning too. Many bikes come with a less than comfortable saddle. The saddle with this bike… like a Lazyboy.
I will be taking this bike out every day, twice a day! Highly recommend this bike and since I was born in the Netherlands and grew up on a bike, you can take my word for it! 😉😃
I have done a lot of research looking for the perfect electric bike and I finally opted for Cyrusher as the reviews have been very good.
I opted for the Sprint because it has the pannier rack on the back.
The colour option was green, not my first choice, but you don't look at the bike when riding!
The bike arrived on time and I put it together in line with the instructions. Really clear to follow.
The rear wheel would not move and I had to adjust the mud guard to allow it to do so.
The wheel moved but there was a noise with the wheel catching whilst rotating.
The pannier rack had been fitted too low down. After adjustment there is now space and the rear wheel rotated freely.
I didn't fancy removing the back wheel so this was adjusted through the spokes. I am not sure what I'll do when I get a puncture. ??????.
In terms of components, some reflect the price paid, however the handlebar stem bolt connecting to the frame needs "beefing up", the Allen key is showing signs of wear on this critical connection.
The battery was fully charged and i need to work out the difference between torque and cadence mode.
Unfortunately, I cannot read the tyre pressure on the side wall so will need advise on this.
I am looking forward to using the bike on a regular basis.
I couldn't give a 5 because of the niggles which I was able to fix, but it wouldn't allow me to give a 4.7
I got my new Sprint 2 weeks ago and it’s great. I had to do lots of research to come to the right bike for me.
I am heavy 118Kg and 5’11’ and haven’t exercised for many years so needed something to encourage me to get out and get fitter. The sprint is step through and easy to mount and powerful enough to easily get me up the most challenging hills in my area. The suspension is really good.
All I had to do was fit the pedals , front wheel and handlebar and was ready to go within an hour of receiving it.
I was a little nervous to start but it is so easy. You barely need to turn the crank before the motor kicks in so there is no worries about moving off from a start.
I’ve been out on it every day and loving it. Doing about 10 miles a day and started using it to go to the shop for groceries. I’ve only charged it once so battery range is excellent.
If i want to choose again i would like to have my fantastic electric Ebike ..wow is impressionable… I love ❤️ that bike 🚲
I've had my Kommoda 3.0 for a few days now, and I'm extremely impressed with it. The comfort, the torque, the handling - it's exactly what I was looking for in an E-bike.
Absolutely brilliant bike powerful up any hills everything works great Highly recommend
I bought this to try it out. I have the much, much more expensive electric dirt bikes so I wasn't expecting much out of the Lynx just because of the lower price. But I was super impressed with pretty much everything on the bike. Obviously it is not the same as the $4k-$6k bikes but this is a great affordable option. It is small enough to fit smaller riders easily and yet powerful enough to get a 200 lb grown man (physically, not mentally) over 30 mph. It is a comfy ride and it a great time at a great price!
I’ve had the Path for about three weeks now. Honestly, I was a bit worried about the step-through frame looking too 'casual,' but man, my knees thank me every time I hop on. It’s way sturdier than it looks in photos. I’ve been using it for grocery runs and hitting some light gravel paths behind my house. It’s definitely on the heavier side—don't expect to lug it up stairs easily—but once the motor kicks in, you don't feel the weight at all. It’s just a solid, comfortable ride that actually makes me want to be outside.
I received my bike & put it together very easily. Everything was straight forward and it worked perfectly.
My only criticism is that I’ve had to order a throttle for it separately as it doesn’t have one fitted as standard. However that is my only issue. If anyone is thinking of buying an e-bike for commuting to work etc. you can’t go wrong with the cyrusher kommoda 3. I would definitely recommend it & the company to deal with.
I love this bike the only reason for 4 star is the fact the pedals keep hitting the ground but I suppose I will soon get used to this
I purchased two Ranger 2.0 for my wife and I in November, they came in perfect condition as my initial review stated, after waiting for snow to clear and riding them here in Michigan, I noticed my front brake would not quiet down and would not Bed in. Upon inspection I found one of the Pistons in the front caliper had a very slight leak, which saturated the pads with oil. I emailed Cyrusher, who responded within the hour, and informed me that their customer support team would contact me. That also happened within a couple hours, and they asked for a picture, if available to show them my issue, along with a detailed description of my problem. I sent them a picture, along with a description, and the next day they emailed me back and told me the parts would be on their way that day. They also sent a tracking number for me to track the part, and 5 days later I received a complete front brake assembly, master cylinder, hose, and caliper. All were pre-bled and only needed to be swapped out. They even sent me an extra set of brake pads. Now the bike is perfect, as is the second Ranger 2.0, and I couldn't be happier with their prompt, thorough service. Everyone was very kind, and very considerate of my issue from beginning to end. You should be very proud of your team at Cyrusher. And a side note, the snow thawed for a few days here, and I was able to put on 34 miles of roads and trails, and I still had 52% battery left. Quite impressive! Thanks to everyone again, I am a very very satisfied customer!
Five stars for the Cyrusher Path! Excellent range, amazing torque, and it looks stunning in person. It has completely transformed my weekend rides. Time to stop following the crowd and start seeking new paths. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to upgrade their adventure game!
My bike arrived safely last Wednesday and my partner quickly assembled it. As most people have said packaging is excellent and assembly very simple.
Chose the Blue bike as I thought this would stand out a little more that the other colours given that I live in a very green area.
I was at first a little overwhelmed as it is a much bigger bike than my previous e-bike and watching some reviews made me think I may have over-biked myself.
I am a small 5'4, arthritic person and was a little nervous first time out. Where I live is very hilly and the 'killer hills' described and ridden by many reviewers seem like gentle inclines in comparison.
I was, however, so impressed when I had my first ride and quickly got the hang of things. It is easy to ride, responsive without being ridiculous and my first big hill was a breeze, just pedalling a little faster made it so easy to get up the hills. I am loving the headlight (really bright) and brake lights, it is so easy to remove the battery and the controls were so easy to learn and are basically self evident. The screen is clear and easy to see.
For the price you are getting a lot of bike with quality components and great features.
If I could make any changes I would have the handle bars a little lower and a little closer to me. I have the seat as low as possible to ride on and like the sit-up-and-beg position.
Thank you so much and I am mightily impressed.
The bike is a chunky, sturdy, well-built beast of a thing. It needs to be, because so am I. It can be difficult to find an electric bike suitable for the 'bigger' rider (ie 18-25 st.), but the Rumble certainly fits the bill,,,,and at a very reasonable price. One of the key factors is hydraulic brakes, which the Luxe has....normal mechanical disc brakes need adjusting far too frequently if you are heavier. The whole process of purchase from Cyrusher has been great - frequent correspondence about progress of order (appreciated when you need a little reassurance having just parted with a wedge of cash); quick delivery by an excellent firm who have a top-notch tracking system; easy to assemble if you follow the instructions - me and my wife put it together in under an hour. I had my first ride out on it to the shops - downhill all the way there, but uphill all the way back. Not effortless, but just the right amount of assistance to get you breathing rather than gasping. The torque sensor is a slightly different riding experience to the cadence sensor ride I get on my other electric bike.....but torque or cadence style, they are both great fun! If you are on the 'large' side like me, don't let your weight stop you from feeling the joy of being like a 12 year old riding around on your bike! Get yourself one of the sturdy Cyrusher bikes. Highly recommended and fun guaranteed!
absolutely love our komodos we live by the beach so the fat tyres make it a pleasure to ride on all terains cant wait for springtime
So far so good all went together very easy not rode it far yet as the weather has been so bad looking forward to the better weather when I can get out on it.
We received the Cyrusher Rumble and it's a great bike! This is my 2nd Cyrusher bike snd both are high quality, smooth, quiet, and FAST! Highly recommend this bike and the company!
My Rumble arrived very quickly from the time I placed a order, and took every bit of 15 mins to assemble and ride, it works Flawless I also have a Cyrusher XF800 which is also a awesome bike. The Rumble is smaller and lighter works great on camping trips.
I recently got the Cyrusher Roam e-bike, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The bike is incredibly comfortable to ride, thanks to its well-designed frame and suspension. The torque sensor makes pedalling feel natural and smooth, and the power delivery is impressive without being overwhelming.
The battery life is excellent—I’ve managed around 50 miles on a single charge when using pedal assist, which is perfect for long rides. The build quality feels solid and premium, and the fat tires give great stability on different terrains.
Overall, the Cyrusher Roam combines performance, comfort, and style in a way that really stands out. If you’re looking for an e-bike that can handle both city commutes and adventurous trails, this is a fantastic option.
Pros:
Comfortable ride with great suspension
Powerful motor and smooth torque and cadence sensors
Excellent battery range (~50 miles)
Stylish design and sturdy build
Cons:
Does not have turn lights and a kick start throttle
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and reliable e-bike!
After 3K miles, the bike is running perfectly. This bike is a beast. Smooth ride, shifts nicely and the comfort with the rear shock is amazing. For the price, it can't be beat. With the new 3.0 upgraded model, more bike for the money!
Response to my questions has been good, particularly telephone help. Delivery was very good and I was kept informed all the way through the process. The instructions in the manual were out of date, however a phone call sorted out any issues.
