What makes electric bikes special is their pedal assist system (PAS). Contrary to what is thought that an electric bicycle does not allow exercise, the reality is that the PAS allows the cyclist to pedal but in a more comfortable and efficient way.
The bike can be ridden entirely by pedaling, using only the motor, or with a combination of both (PAS). In PAS mode, the bike's computer detects pedaling and activates the motor to assist and power the ride.

I have enjoyed my Kommoda very much and it does all that I could ask of it. I have occasionally reached 30 MPH which is plenty fast for me. Recently I had a problem with switches not allowing the changing to different settings properly and Michelle in customer service and I connected through their online messaging system. After a brief description of the problem she quickly diagnosed what was wrong and had the replacement parts shipped to me from China. I have not replaced the parts yet but the immediate understanding of the problem and the prompt ordering of parts under warranty was impressive.
This bike is better than I expected. Shipping was fast. Easy to assemble.
A lot of power. Suspension is nice. Brakes are great. Very comfortable.
I don't like the pedals.
It's fast after you make some very basic adjustments. I'm in the USA. So no speed restrictions. If in other countries, it just a wire to open it up to full power.
Very easy. I have no complaints. Pedals, no good. Maybe some better tires eventually.

It goes fast after a few minor adjustments to the computer. And the interface is pretty straight forward.
Customer service is spot on. I had a question, submitted it and they called me back in like 20 minutes. At that point I had already figured out a small pas question I had.
THIS bike can do everything you probably will want to do ,and with style and comfort as well ! With its dual suspension, step thru ease to ride and dismount ,adequate power and great looks, I get plenty of people asking how they can get one of their own and many have ordered them after I let them ride mine! Only things I have changed was the saddle, an adjustable air shock for rear , and four piston hydraulic brakes. I would love to talk with the company about a very useful accessory for the bike which I designed and am marketing as "E-Bike Mike's Super Sol Charger!" I know you will be interested and love the product and what it does so well! I WOULD LOVE to be a Beta tester for new models and products from Cyrusher!

Recently purchased 2 Kommodas. Had bikes from a popular outdoor retailer, they were nice but these surpass those in so many ways. Power, comfort and features. Most importantly size. My wife is 5'3" and these fit her well where the previous did not even though they stated they were appropriate for her size. Great customer service, packaged extremely well, one bike arrived earlier than expected. We are very happy with these.

Noticed this past weekend that my wife's Kommoda has a small crack in the Display Screen. I sent a couple of pictures to Cyrusher and they have a replacement on the way. I have read that folks don't always have good experiences with their support, but they were awesome dealing with my problem.
