Does the bike come assembled?

The Kommoda arrives 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all the necessary tools and an easy-to-follow assembly video. Most customers report finishing in 30-45 minutes.

Can I ride the Kommoda in the rain?

Yes, the Kommoda is rated IP65 water-resistant, which means it can handle splashes and riding in the rain. However, you should not submerge the bike in water, and we recommend wiping it dry after a wet ride to protect the components.

What is the warranty?

We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers the frame and a 1-year warranty that covers the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear items are not included.
