I just received the bike a couple of days ago. Great bike! Specifically, the build is high quality. It’s a pretty solid machine that I look forward to riding for years to come. We love our bikes !!!

Cozy life

Today we went on a 40km tour with the Quest, with fully packed saddlebags.
Conclusion: It's fantastic to drive, I drove 50% on roads and 50% on forest paths!
On the road it would be impressive if there were another professional on the tires. Then 100% driving fun!
Fully satisfied on the forest paths! Suspension absorbs all bumps! The only drop of sadness. The low ground clearance when pedaling, ruts on tractors. But then the thumb throttle helps.
The power is just great! Even with increases up to 12%, I only needed Tour mode on the road. In the forest I used Sport + at extremely inclines.
The Quest can do it all!
However, for my height (187cm), the handlebars are too low for longer tours! I had it set to the highest setting.

I ordered and paid for a Cyrusher mountain bike in 2020.
Because of health issues I had to cancel my order.
Crusher refunded my money in full promptly and with kindness.
I never forgot that honesty and respect and will be ordering a new mid drive bike.

I like the confort and light weight of the bike, I can hit the city or cruise the back roads and go up the hills with ease and back home in her nice comfy house.

Received my new bike in 2 days. No damage at all. I am really impressed with the quality of this bike. It took me about 30 minutes to finish assemble, only because i took my time. The components are really nice. I can not believe the deal i got on this bike through website. This bike is incredible, i have another brand i bought 4 years ago to get into electric biking. I purchased the Quest to replace a four year old heavier commuter e-bike. Assembly was a breeze and the test ride was great - an extremely smooth ride. The torque sensor is awesome. I’m looking forward to the warm weather so I can get some good rides in.

The Quest is a great bike that I've used for over a month now. I ride nearly everyday and it does almost everything I want.

Bought this bike back in late July. While waiting for delivery I watched a few YouTube clips of others. By time I took delivery I was ready to book a day to wait. I rode a lot! About 500 miles and counting in fact.. Almost all of it on hilly dirt paths.. Some compressed, some loose some lightly rocky. I spend the majority of my time in PAS 1. Maybe 10% in PAS 2-5.

I'm getting really good battery performance. On a good day / light riding, I'm getting about .5-1 mile per 1%. Ie.. 10 Miles will leave 90% battery. Breaks are good, suspension is good for my style riding, Generally it rides really well.

Motor: The M620 motor has gobs of power on demand! It not most refined application of said power. On PAS1 especially there's a bit of a jolt on the onset of power. I personally wish there was a little more refinement at the onset of PAS1. But once you're into the real power band its all good. Just gobs of power!
The Noise level isn't bad. I wish it was a little softer but its no where near a deal breaker!

The Quest has opened up a whole new world of exploration for me. Its rugged fat tires handle any terrain with ease, while the powerful electric motor provides ample speed and endurance. A true game-changer for adventurers looking to go off the beaten path.

I am very pleased with my Quest! The battery life is impressive and the motor provides a smooth and powerful ride. The only downside is that the assembly instructions were a bit confusing, but the Cyrusher solve it all. 4/5 stars

This ebike has exceeded all my expectations. The power and speed are incredible, yet the ride remains smooth and stable. I feel safe and in control even at higher speeds.

I've had my eye on the quest for a while and finally took the plunge. The assembly was straightforward, and the bike looks and performs great. My only minor gripe is that the display started acting up after a few weeks. It would occasionally freeze and require a reset. I contacted customer support, and they were very responsive. They sent me a replacement display, and it's been smooth sailing since then.

The fat tires handle any terrain, and the battery life is impressive. I can't wait to plan my next adventure

This e-bike has some serious power! The acceleration is smooth and responsive, and it handles hills with ease. The only downside is that it's quite heavy, which makes carrying it up stairs or loading it into a car a bit of a challenge.

We take it around Miami Beach and it's been a game-changer. The smooth ride and comfortable design make it perfect for our family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and functional e-bike.

The Quest is my new favorite hobby, I take it to more places than my car. To set it up took some time, I recommend doing it with at least 1 more person but can be done alone. Also it is heavier than I expected it to be, solid frame structure. I am very pleased with the overall performance of the bike. Must grab if you are thinking to get something similar!!!
