Comes with everything you need. There's an adjustment phase. Tuning it and getting things set up just right. Same as bike shops deal with getting a bike out of the box. I ride a lot of vertical hills, and it works great with pedal assist. Ride life of a charge is 20-25 miles for me. I weight 280lbs with the added gear it's carrying 300lbs (with huge hills). Probably going to need a second battery. My guess is less weight less better miles per charge. Don't think it'll do more than 40 miles unless you're doing a lot more pedal assist, but maybe if your tiny 90lbs. Thinking most people's expectations are heavy use of the motor since it's an ebike. Realistic expectations. The bike is heavy 60lbs is my best estimate. Needs super strong tow hitch rack if you plan racking it onto your car for a trip. It be nice to have a quick release skewer on front at least need to take off front for transport on car rack. Opportunity to upgrade better suspension, but not the gearing.

The bad...Frame set for the gears it has. Be nice to have ability to upgrade gearing for the rear. Also when it hits 15-20% batt motor works but not as good. Also bike is limited at least for USA as 20mph from controller. Computer screen can be programmed but will not exceed the controllers programming. It will go faster with programmer dialed in for it, but thats through outside sources. Even with pedal assist 20mph, but pedal harder and of course as anything it'll go faster with your effort. It be nice to be truely pedal assist 28mph as law allows. Light it comes with works so does horn, but no very bright and horn seems to have stopped working. Purchased an upgraded version for $25 off ebay (3pin) works great. Wish they used it with this bike original equipment. Guess is dialing in battery use. When your in the dark though it's nice to see things. Also cars to notice you to hopefully avoid incidents. Same for rear light I got an upgraded version for $15 on ebay super bright. Worth it to not get hit by cars not paying attention.

Health is ruff this will help. If your joints are a mess or you're out of shape these bikes will help get you started with ease. Getting on and off maybe a small challenge so get an idea of size your want before you order. Perfect for work or school commute.

Extra tools would be good to order... a rear shock pump. Don't use regular air pump will blow up your shock. Special pumps for shocks. Also, a chain tool my chain wasn't completely attached one link wasn't fully clipped in. Ebay it or Amazon for cheap buys. Don't need expensive tools. Also learn to tune and work on bikes. It's not hard and will be useful if you ride a lot and hard. All bikes even these ones will need tuning and fixing from time to time. The biggest thing to leave alone for a pro is the electronics and battery. I'm hoping cyrusher has my back on that if ever needed. I'm thinking I won't by the quality of the bike, but you never know. Aliens and flying saucers could do something to it...lol. I really hope I never have that experience.

All in all I'm impressed 4th ride and 2 full charges. Definitely the company to take up the industry as a leader. I used to ride mtb everyday Cannondale killer V900 (my favorite), Specialized and a lot of other higher end. Also helped out in a bike shop.
Haven't for a long time. The weight difference on an ebike is alarming, but when you ride it you'll not notice it. Just when putting it away can be difficult depending on your situation...and battery and charging works great no issues with that. It's set up well for charging, and putting into its bay.

Long one...tried to detail for better experience for the rider. It's not a regretted purchase and I plan someday to buy another one from cyrusher once finances are back on track.

Good strong bike, nice suspension, plenty of power. I enjoy on and off road.

I like the suspension which gives me plenty of jumping power, though I wish it had a bit more torque it is an overall great bike. I would buy again, though I do wish it had a key to turn the bike on so I don't have to take the battery everywhere I go.
