About the battery: There are many factors that will determine the battery's life, such as: Temperature, storing strategies, battery care, etc. It is possible with increased or decreased temperatures that the battery's charge will drain quicker. We recommend keeping the battery near room temperature for best results.

Storing the battery: When storing the battery for long periods of time, DO NOT fully charge the battery. We recommend storing the battery between 50%-70% to best protect the battery's cells.

Charging: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge and can last up to 1500 full charges. 

Please note that batteries purchased individually do not come with a charger.

Surprised me,

My father-in-law bought the bike and I was a little skeptical of an electric bicycle but I must say this thing is totally awesome.... For the terrain and where I live at and where I ride it this thing is super awesome I think everybody should experience riding this bike I've put 62 miles on it and it's been hard miles I try to ride it every chance that I get I give this a five star...

Battery issue

I have had my Cyrusher XS650 for 11 moths and have 511 mile on her.Love the bike. It comes with 26 inch fat tires so going off road is fun but I mostly ride on the road.I noticed the battery charge was not lasting as long,so I contacted Cyrucher.They asked me to do some testing on the battery with a volt meter,received link to video on how to test,very easy.They found from the test results that there was a issue with the battery and are sending a new one.Thank you for standing behind your warranty. good battery . i have purchased 2 china batterys with same specs but both died after a month . got this one been several charges still works fine . i wanted a second battery for my xf800 . lol 2 batteries on lv 1 assist i can get 110 miles .
